A little about me........ I live in Victoria with my husband, our dogs Banjo & Marnie, and our cat Mr Biggle. I have a 15yo registered Quarter Horse Mare called Peppa and a rising 2yo Appaloosa filly registered with Australian Appaloosa Association (AAA) and the Appaloosa & Australian Spotted Ponies (A&ASP) called Twiggy (Kerrinna Fancy Lika Kat). My husband has a mini palouse mare who my 9yo granddaughter shows on occasion in hand. I show Peppa in ridden Western and Ranch Shows, and she specialises in Showmanship, a Western Led class.
I'm also a member and on the committee of Shepparton Adult Riding Club which is a HRCAV affiliated club.
My Yearling didn't get shown much last year due to non-stop rain cancelling shows and then we were hit by floods and had to evacuate. Needless to say, her Yearling year was almost non-existent but any show she has attended this year, including State level, she was in the top 3 or Reserve Champion. The plan is to show her extensively in hand and in lungeline events this coming show season as a 2yo at low, mid and state level. We're aiming for her In Hand/Halter Register Of Merit.
