Meet Taryn
FOUNDER, OWNER & Product DESIGNER
I have always had horses in my life; I was born into a family who had thoroughbreds raced and trained by my father. I would often ride them around the warm down yard before they were put back into the stables.

My dad surprised both myself and my poor mum with a beautiful dartmoor mare who we named 'Lady' she had the most thickest longest mane and tail and a forelock to die to for- little did we know the upkeep to maintain this!

I took a break from horse after losing my old 32year pony club horse, we had been a team since I was 8years old this was heart breaking for me and i decided to sell my other horses and take a break. In 2012 I seen a advertisement for some foals for sale and thought why not have a look-

My husband and I came home with a white fluffball with blue eyes (cremello) little did I know the beginning of how hard they are to show. Our first show I spent hours washing and scrubbing more scrubbing and washing but nothing brought him up to be white he had stains on his coat and his tail was yellow. We went to the show anyway and placed last.

Over the next few years everything was trial and error- we showed and currently still do straight from the paddock and we couldn't find any product that was able to remove or tone down the staining- What we found out also was he had super sensitive skin which often meant we missed shows due to him coming out in full hives all over his body.

I was nearly on the verge of giving up and no longer showing when I decided to try my own hand at making products over the next year, I was able to make a product that not only worker but was gentle enough not to hive our boy up.

We hit the show scene again and took out supreme of the show on our first outing, we had judges commenting on how amazing he looked this continued with every show we went too. We had people coming up asking what we used as their pally has the yellow staining in it, at first, I was very shy on telling people after all, was just a product I handmade- Soon we had even judges asking the secret.

A gentle push from my husband to make some up and sell to people who also have the same problems you had was what started Pelipa Park Products. In 2022 I made the plunge and made our products available to the public with only 3 products available.

Now with over 50 products in our range, we listened, watched, and collaborated with equestrians at all levels to produce a comprehensive range for competition, showing and most importantly for everyday use.

You may have guessed that we are passionate about presentation of our dilutes and love sharing our knowledge with others, there is nothing quite like seeing a horse strut out in the ring that you know is using your products.
