Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site to place an order with me, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Postage, Shipping & Charges

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated. 

All orders are packed and posted as soon as possible. Orders within Australia are posted via Australia Post in boxes.
Orders containing any items on backorder will be held and posted once the backordered item has arrived.

We do not accept liability for goods damaged in transit, lost items or delivery to wrong addresses. Please ensure correct delivery address is listed and that items delivered are able to be left in a secure place.

International shipping is available. Please note: while every care is taken, we do not accept liability for goods shipped internationally that are damaged by shipping carriers or withheld by Customs. We am not liable for any customs charges and shipping prices do not include customs charges. We recommend that you check any customs and importing rules, laws, requirements etc to ensure that you understand any extra charges you may incur with your order.

In our experience, 
Standard post is faster (usually 1-2 weeks and includes tracking), Express post is faster again (usually less than a week and tracking is included as well). Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Order Acceptance Policy

Payment shall be made by a credit card, direct credit to our bank account, paypal or cheque/money order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. I reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and I shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason.

Purchases will not be accepted until payment is received via direct credit, or when cheques/money orders have been cleared.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, I shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. I shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, I shall immediately issue a refund for the amount of the charge.

Product Availability & Product looks

I cannot always guarantee product availability & product looks eg Bamboo lids may be substituted for plastic lids due to availability from suppliers, I reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. At my discretion I may substitute products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order and refund your payment. I will contact you prior to substitution if that is necessary.
